Elvis is the prime example hard work, dedication, loyalty and as a result, growth within the company. Starting as an assistant on the cement crew Elvis remained focused and continued to set goals each year. The company is extremely happy to have found someone like Elvis as he continued to grow from assistant, to lead on the crew, restoration manager and now project manager all within eight years.
From Day one Elvis says he was motivated by the opportunity to grow within the company, this is all he was looking for, a company to allow for growth and give him the opportunity!
